Behavior Contract Form *

Our Spartan athletes hold a unique position within their school, as they represent their athletic teams and embody the values and reputation of their institution. Additionally, their behavior, within and outside of competition can influence how the school is perceived by the community, making it crucial for them to act with integrity and respect both on and off the field. It is a privilege to represent our school at sporting events. Therefore, we expect students on our sports teams to demonstrate good behavior in and out of the classroom. Students with more than five demerits in a semester may continue to practice with the team but cannot represent the school at sports fixtures. By checking this box, I, the undersigned, acknowledge my commitment to uphold the responsibilities and expectations herein as a student-athlete. I understand that my actions and attitudes reflect not only on myself but also on my team and school.
