Little Readers' Club: A Magical Journey into the World of Letters!

Welcome to the Little Readers' Club!

Designed specifically for the curious and imaginative minds of three-year-olds, the Little Readers' Club is an enchanting after-school adventure that introduces letters and pre-reading skills through a fun and engaging "Letter of the Week'' theme. Each week, we will be exploring a different letter through hands-on activities, games, and storytelling

Club Highlights:

● Weekly Letter Exploration: Every week, our club focuses on a new letter, immersing our little readers in sounds, shapes, and words that begin with the featured letter. This approach helps in laying a solid foundation for phonemic awareness and letter recognition, essential skills for budding readers.

● Storytime Magic: Dive into the world of imagination with our storytime sessions! Carefully selected stories will highlight the letter of the week, allowing children to connect sounds to meanings and improve their listening skills.

● Creative Crafts: Nothing sparks creativity like hands-on arts and crafts! Each craft activity is designed around the letter of the week, encouraging fine motor skills while reinforcing the letter's shape and sound. Whether it's painting, cutting, or gluing, our little readers will have a blast creating their letter-themed masterpieces.

● Sing-Along Fun: Music and movement play a pivotal role in learning at this age. Our sing-along sessions include catchy tunes that emphasize the sound and words beginning with the week's letter, making learning effortless and fun.

● Interactive Games: Learning through play is at the heart of our club. Our interactive games are crafted to engage and teach simultaneously, ensuring that our little readers are moving, laughing, and learning about the week's letter in the most enjoyable way possible.

● Letter Labs: A sensory exploration where children get to touch, see, and even taste (when appropriate) items that start with the letter of the week. This multi-sensory approach reinforces learning and ensures that each child's learning style is engaged.

Little Reader’s Club will be held on Fridays from 1:00-2:00 pm from January 17-May 2, 2025.
